About Cody | Personal Trainer in Kerikeri, Northland

I started my fitness journey 10 years ago and have been a personal trainer for over 6 years. Growing up, I was into sports and wanted to maximise my conditioning to be better, stronger and faster. When I started training and eating correctly, the impact on my life was more than I could have ever imagined. At Ironcode Fitness, I believe health and fitness should be accessible to everyone - regardless of budget or current fitness level. I love seeing people better themselves, get fitter and stronger, and unlock strength they never knew they had. My goal is to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness goals and show them that leading a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be hard or boring. Sustainable, enjoyable results are what it's all about.
